Hmm, you remember the last time they were standing on the Hokages places stones? Then after some 3-4 chapters they arrived and saved the Shinobi Alliance. We might get the chance to see them again tomorrow, but I doubt Kishi will make the Hokages arrival too early. Naruto and Sasuke does't stand a chance, imo... Neither Kakashi, Obito and Sakura.

No, Minato doesn't have his mark on Obito any longer since Obito did transformed into Juubi and the mark vanished. Tobirama is the only one who can get there in time since he still has his mark on Obito, however according to his power, I don't think he can teleport like he stated to Sasuke, even though any chances might come.
