You ever feel like Kishi didn't know what to do with Minato? Like he was hyped as the infallible 4th Hokage who nobly sacrificed himself for the village. But literally everytime since he's been revived he seems to be an older air headed Naruto. The only difference is he continually ****s up with helping people.

Thoughts? Concerns? Angry Death Threats?
