Pretty sure blood cells don't contain a full set of the users DNA, but I suppose breaking the skin means he'd eat skin cells, but not enough.

well, every user of rinnegan has had some form of Senju/Uzumaki dna/lineage, so until Sasuke gets his, as far as I can tell, you need Senju DNA, not a single rinnegan user has ever unlocked it with just Uchiha genes, not one.

As well as this he did this when he had 3 tomoe Sharingan, and I presume you need to get EMS + Senju DNA to achieve Senju, or that is what the people who think that would say.

Name one rinnegan user that doesn't have some form of Senju in him, I mean it's nothing to argue about, even Madara stole some of Hashirama's dna, I doubt he wanted his dna for Mokuton, and it seems like to even use the rinnegan you need massive chakra reserves as evident that all the users have Senju dna in one form or another, so that's why he ended up giving it to Nagato.

the uchiha clan blood line are built to use the sharingan.We saw that kakashi could not use his base sharingan for certain period even his MS.Sasuke use his base sharingan and MS longer time.Ems from we seen sasuke donot look tired when using his susano.Susano look like his base ems skill ,which he can spam easily
