Itachi never had the ability to use KA during the entire series. When he was alive, KA was on cooldown, and by the time KA finished recharging, it wasn't in his possession. Naruto had it. So we can't consider KA part of Itachi's power when he never was able to use it.

No. Itachi vs. 14 year old Obito is the only version of Itachi vs. Obito that is debatable. Any other version of Obito easily beats Itachi. u_u
