I dont doubt his ability, I doubt his power, oro is probably to afraid of sasuke.

But seriously if he was pulled out of anko's neck does he have a body? Does he need a new one? I imagine hes to weak to handle sasuke (oro lost too basic 3t sharigan he couldn't handle ems let alone Sasuke's rinnegan)

I'm sure he's far stronger than before. Accoring to the spoilers Shin is one of his experiments so he has something to do with the new Akatsuki,and has gotten ahold of all the Sharingans in Obito's hideout.
