Hinata, Neji and The whole hyuga clan are better at chakra control than Sakura. Heavenly rotation,air palm,gentle fist, lion fists, and everything else the hyuga have are all centered around precise chakra control. Not to mentiom they can release chakra from all 361 chakra points, while most shinobi can only do so around their hands and feet. And the hyuga can use their chakra control to actually fight, whilst Sakura can't do that. She has nothing really outstanding about her. Chakra control? Hyugas. Super strength? Tsunade Hashirama and Ay. Medical ninjutsu? Tsunade, orochumaru, Hashirama and kabuto
