The 'I'm a (insert food)' is getting repetitive.
You are what you eat is a statement. Not literally, but chemically. What you digest, becomes the source your body has to draw upon to get you through the day. Eat red meat with lots of dried herbs and you have a healthy intake of iron and calcium, one mineral won't work without the other. Eat preserved cheeseburgers and animal fats and you intake nothing but fat, that goes straight to storage or your arteries.
