What the fk?!?!? Who in the wolrd is yota?!? What's his purpose in all naruto?!? 3 episodes of Uselss yota was aloot for me to tolerate, i watched them to see the ridicoulessness of the filler . Ninja ostrich was aloot better although i didn't watch it hahahaha.

The point of yota is that he is an annoying kid who Naruto and some random other members of the k11 found in a river, and rather than destroying, made friends with. Kabuto found obito's drug stash and though it would be a good idea to use him in the war.

Instead of reporting a foreign they befriended him.
Yota was Orochimaru's Edo tensei.
Kabuto is Orochimaru's apprentice so he had access to Yota.

The only part of this filler which I enjoyed was when Naruto become friends with Shikamaru, Ino & Others and probably the ending where he became lonely again tho I think he was the only one who could remember that little-f***y shit when he gone as others lost their memory when this annoying shit gone in the river if I'm not wrong.

Edit:

I also remember that he appeard during some fight on the battlefield but can't remember which episode it was.
