Ulquiorra in my opinion. Lets take a look at it in a logical manner. Youruichi has got shunko strength and speed but with Ulquiora they are already haxxed....he made visored Ichigo look like a ragdoll in terms of sheer power and speed and i don't think Youruichi can deliver greater damage than that...also his regeneration is an effective factor. If you are comparing 1000 years war arc youruichi then she definitely wins but with great difficulty or heck if Ulquiora is able to match her for a given time period she will eventually wear out.....
