I reckon Yoruichi takes it XHigh DIFF; however, it could still be a draw or even a win for Kenpachi.

Yoruichi takes this, Kenpanchi isn't catching her. He can take damage, but Yoruichi can easily just start removing limbs with Shunko.

Not to mention her Bankai that hasn't been seen.
