I could be i left off the rest just cuz im not kishimoto. And he has less fighting feats and she does in part 1.

She could solo him with the body flickr clone thing XD and her kick boxing = GG Sasuke took himout with not much effort and curse mark afflicted.

I completely agree with you. He is only useful for interrogation purposes or if he is running low on chakra in a battle and there is some captured enemy, he can restore himself. His ability is not useful in battle against anyone with any taijutsu capabilities or half decent mid to long range attacks.
