Who is that under Kaido? It doesn't look like Big Mam, correct me if I'm wrong.

I just happened to be researching one piece till I encountered this again but I found it strange looking

Judging from chapter 432... The curly one may be Big Mam, and under her is Kaido.

Pretty much. Those silhouettes were shown back in 2006.

Kaido's silhouette has nobody under it, I think you are getting his and Linlins mixed up.
