Isn't Ace 2nd commander?

Oda said that division number doesn't correspond to strength in the WB Pirates. The Top 3 of WB's subordinates are Marco, Jozu, and Vista.

Vista and Ace from what we've seen is a wash. Only thing pointing to Vista atm is Ace's bounty in comparison to Cracker's. But Ace was a rising pirate, so his bounty was not exactly indicative of his strength, though it is still > current Luffy's.

Vista might have had a higher bounty due to racking up lots of years in the New World. At best even if Vista was stronger they were probably on the same level. Jozu and Marco have always gotten special portrayal > Vista.

Maybe it's a little far fetched.. I feel the red-haired pirates are the strongest among the Yonko.

Even if they're indeed the strongest crew; the WG, apparently, doesn't consider them to be as much of a trouble as the rest of the Yonko.

I can't see any of Shanks's commanders going over a billion. They're benevolent pirates unlike the rest of the Yonkou.

At least 800,000

– Beckman, Lucky Roo and Yasopp are as strong as the other commanders?

They are supposed to be.

– How much should the Yonk’s bounty be?


At least 2 billion.

And? You get a bounty by posing a risk to the WG, Dragon's benevolent from what we've been given yet he's the most wanted man. Shanks was on Roger's crew that alone should make him a big risk in the WG eyes. Damaging citizens isn't the only way to get a high bounty. Luffy helps countries and his bounty keeps rising. But no I don't think he'll be at a billion though.
