Tsunade and Mei can both destroy him literally..
Tsunade can destroy his sand barriers with her insane strength and never die due to her ninpo saizo saisei (genesis of rebirth) technique.
Mizukage can just lava him all up and then change the pH and instant kill him

strength wouldnt break through the heavier gold dust. gaara managed to survive meteors, block kage level jutsus while protecting fodders and can make pyramids.
im sure if you encase her head in gold dust, she will suffocate.
mei's lava jutsu may be dangerous but if gold dust is as strong as gaara's sand, i think its too slow to be a threat. gaara's sand defence was called a better defence than even susano'o since susanoo can be attacked from below and had its ribs broken by A's punches.
