Has anyone wondered about Minato? After disappearing with Madara's gudoudamas, we don't know what happened to him! xD I think he managed to remove his cloak without his body to be affected by the spheres..And i also believe Naruto's new power could restore his arms...he could be very useful!

No, he did not disappear. He teleported himself, and teleported Kakashi after that. The only thing is that Kishi did not show him.
Check carefully how the plan was made, and the sequence of execution.

Kakashi was teleported after the Gududama.
