Raikage gets weaker the onlder he gets... as many others. Not only that he has also lost his arm!.

While Killer Bee gets stronger the older he gets.. .
But that doesn't matter. Who wins. Raikage ( Not in his Prime, and without his arm). Or Killer Bee ( Without Samehada. Must use any mode, including Transform to Eight Tails.), but must say It's not really fair to set A up aginst Eight Tails. Maybe if A was younger....

So Eight Tails is you know............... Not fair!!!.

Yeah i also though that, but than i begin to think in details, and at last my conclusion was that A would win. Ofcourse not if B got into Eight Tails Mode!.. .

Why!.
Becourse. Yes it was shown that B without any help from the Eight Tails, could beat Raikages Lariat in Ligtning Release Armor. But again Raikages intension was to beat B's Lariat. He only wanted to show that he had a stronger Lariat. Had it been a fight to death. Raikage would take his speed to the maximum. And at that point i don't see how B could do that much...!. Non of his chakra mode's can match the speed of Raikage. Even though A is older, and doesn't have a arm. I think even though B took down A's Lariat, that A still has more Strengt than B. If Raikage used his "SUPER SPEEd PUNCH" Against B in one of his chakra form( Prob version 2) B would be finished...!.

Remember after the "Lariat Clash" Bee was talking to A. And when the speech was done A slamed Bee to the side and went all out to test Naruto. B even said that he could not do anything because of the speed. A is way too fast for Bee. Tell me Bee ( Version 2 Mode), do you actually think that he could dodge Raikages fastest tecnique "The Super Speed Punch"???.
