That’s too overpowered for the Naruto universe.

well we dont know the effects on the rinnigan with izanagi/nami but if were talking about ems or ms using the yomotsu im pretty sure youll go blind eventually. looking at obito trying to open portals to find sasuke looked like his own butthole was riping beyond space time control that looked way more costly than when he used izanagi/nami imo...

As Itachi said there is a weakness to every jutsu, Yomotsu has to have one as well. For example, maybe there is a lag time between when Kaguya can use it again.
