Yoko Kurama takes it, he can plant a death seed on Itachi easily.
Not to mention, he's just as smart, if not smarter than Itachi.
Same process with Sesshomaru.

even before the end of the series, Yoko kurama far surpasses Sensui, who would be able to singlehandedly conquer all humanity even with their nuclear weapons and armies.
Itachi gets fodderized.
I don't know to much about sesshomaru at the EoS, but going by the anime he'd get fodderized by sensui so Kurama should do the same with far less difficulty.
