Its a special attack of sorts//minato throws a kunai and teleports to you,Ksasuke electrifies the ground and slashes your opponent,etc.

when i use tilt with nagato to use a continues attack it doesn't work. Why.

Happened to me too///I don't usually suggest it but when doing his gravity ball tilt you might have to continuosly press O/B so you could maybe continue your combo\\\other than that I'd just use it to cancel an enemies attack
