ying and yang is chakra? there is no three parts jus one ying and yang making chakra, like mental and physical energy to use chakra, when minato took yang why do you think he also took have of his chakra lol CAUSE YING AND YANG IS CHAKRA nine tails is chakra SO he shrunk HALF the size.
