Yin-Yang ?

H1 guys. I'm not so sure this is the right selection of this thread, but I want to ask smth that I haven't quite understood.
What's it all about this Yin-Yang chacra or smth. I've seen many posts where people talk of it and I totaly can't understand what they're talking about

So if anyone knows smth please share..

Read the last chapter POD it explains it a little.and yin and yang is light and darkness,good and evil,the sun and the moon,right and wrong.they balance each other and are the basis of the world.you need both to make the world go round and if you've seen a yin-yang you would understand that while they are total opposites the complete each other to make one balanced and solid entity,matter,or idea.it is a model to explain the neverending cycle of life and both sides of the spectrum

Yea I understand your confusion. I ve been trying to figure this out ever since the wind resangan training.

The words yin-yang has been used them in two different contexts so far in series. Both of which related to each other.

When ever yin -yang are used to describe the kind of technique it is, kishi is referring whether is a Dark(yin) or Light(yang) chakra element. Where dark chakra manipulations has more spiritual energy than physical energy. And light chakra manipulation has more physical energy than spiritual energy.

There is another case where he has used these terms with spiritual energy(yang) and physical energy(yin) the components that form chakra.

For example this what Madara said about the So6P.

-The sage used his imagination and spiritual energy(yang) to form the basis of Yin Power creating physical form out of nothingness.
-The sage used his vitality and physical energy(yin) to form the basis of Yang Power giving life(or a conscience) to creations.

Another example would be when Jiraiya said Minato sealed the yang(spiritual energy) part of the fox's chakra within Naruto and the Yin(physical energy) with the death god.

Notice how one can't exist without the other, you guys would all recall that saying "For every Yin there's a Yang". It can be confusing as yang and yin be interchange. Look on google for yin-yang table there a lot of yin-yang analogies.

What I know (without reading anything) is that yin-yang is all everything like about Life and death, Contrasts to each other. The ability to give birth and destruction.

So from the latest manga the first sage used ying(?) to create (with his Izinagi) the ten-tailed beast.
