Yin & Yang Release

I was wondering what Yin and Yang (Yin-Yang) release is? I never really understood it, I tried to to read it in Narutopedia and looking in google but couldn't understand it the reason why is because I have dyslexia and have a hard time to understand the text I'm reading especially English.

So can someone please explain what is Yin, Yang and Yin-Yang Release is? I thank you all in advance and sorry for my english

Yin release is for spiritual techs, ex: Susanoo, Amaterasu, Genjutsu etc...
Yang is for physical techs, ex: ST, sensing, healing, wood release/life creation etc...
Yin/Yang is the combination of these two.

Inton (Yin Release) makes a form that has no life. This is used for Genjutsu. Yōton (Yang Release), breathes life into an object. This is used in Elemental Ninjutsu. Together they make Onmyoton (Ying-Yang Release), which is what the Rikudō Sennin's Banbutsu Sōzō which creates things out of nothing.
