Kuramas chakra has malice and hatred to it but u control it by separating its mind from chakra and mixing it with your own
When neji saw Naruto for the first time with his new form he said his chakra signature was different and it's definitely not kuramas chakra signature because it doesn't reek of malice

Maybe but if you look at his new form in the boruto manga it kind of looks like he has both,it even shows six tomoes instead of nine
