The half one is only Kurama.

It seems like the other Bijuus just gave him small portions of their chakra.

I meant if the Juubi was whole could someone theoretically use the Reaper Death Seal or the Rinnegan to split it in two.

Like everything it has to have Yin and Yang to physically exist. I.E. To be able to live and touch and what not. For example, Yang Kurma existed as manifestation of chakra and was not phyiscal in the sense of a real body. So yes Juubi could in theory be split into two separate parts.

I dunno about Reaper Death Seal but I am sure, any powerful Rinnegan user can divide Juubi into Yin and Yang!
