Sasuke has a lot of chakra/stamina needed to spam Susnaoo (Yang) but Susanoo is a chakra construct made by his dojutsu (Yin)

They both have Yin and Yang but Naruto leans more towards Yang and Sasuke leans more towards Yin.

Yeah. Sometimes the databook contradicts with the manga and it was stated by kishimoto that the last is canon so is further that have been shown in the manga besides the epilogue.

Example. The evil female drain male's Yang for power and hope to become human or god. But they never try on female cause female Yin dominates their Yang.
