Is their any legitimate proof it is an uzumaki Fūinjutsu?

The only so called proof i've seen is a picture of Mito Uzumaki with a diamond shape on her forehead (which i don't see as conclusive proof) I looked it up on naruto wikia (can't figure out where it would be in the manga) it said Tsunade created the technique

yea thats what i thought someone used it as an argument for a so called possible power-up.

This was enough proof for me.

Who knows if Mito learned the seal from somebody else though.
I'm guessing Tsunade learned it from Mito.
And I believe she was powerful with medical jutsu along with Tsunade and Sakura.

And I believe she was skilled in Medical Jutsus.
My "I'm guessing" and "I believe" part was about where Tsunade got the Seal, and if Mito was skilled in Medic Jutsus.
Part wasn't about me guessing and believing if it is Yin Seal.
And better correction:
There are more images of her with that Diamond on her forehead and what else could it be? Tattoo?
I was also meaning that there's enough proof for me to think that it actually is a Yin seal.
