I think Sakura is being a tad underrated here. Katsuyu shouldn't be overlooked here, either. The surprise factor of her and her acid could potentially take one or two paths down.

Sakura loses this undoubtedly, but she can take a couple down with her with the help of Katsuyu. If you give her full intel she can give Pain even more issues.

I think the biggest problem here is Animal Path(well, Deva is the biggest problem, but I'm talking about while he's restricted). Katsuyu can help there, but that damn multiplying dog is a ***** to deal with.

Pain wins, but Sakura could take down 2 or 3. Could make it to 4 with full intel(although giving Pain full intel as well probably nullifies this extra loss), but her slow fighting style ends it before she can take out any more as Deva ends her when the 10 minutes is up.
