[Theory] Yin Seal meant to compliment regular Rinnegan

The Yin seal was orginally used to enhance Hagaromo's double Rinnegan.


It added powerful S/T abilites to those eyes.


The reason Sasuke's Rinnegan can't use 6 path abilities is because his Rinnegan is a PseudoRinnegan. It's only an imprint from the Yin seal. His Rinnegan is merely the part that gives S/T.

So, no he doens't have Hagaromo's Rinnegan, just the S/T add on components of it.

Sasuke has the rinnegan. It is obvious that the tomo'd rinnegan are different from the hogoromo type rinnegan.
