Yin seal isnt enough for uber strong ninjutsu?

When naruto 1st used frs he damaged his arm and tsunade said if he damged it again her medical ninjutsu wouldnt be able to heal him.

Now sakura is of the same caliber as tsunade.

If their powers cant heal frs damage, how on earth is it gonna heal things like ps,tbb,ash bone,600 billion paper bobs,mokuton etc.

Yin seal dam sure didnt help tsunade in madara fight lol. she was cut in half and wouldve died if she didnt use her blood to summon katsuya

tsnade probably lied, she did far more complicated jutsu following on worst injuries , and Tsunade said that she can’t heal frs on someone else, the in a few chapters later Sakura is effortlessly healing Naruto a arm.

Tsunade regen =/= her medical ninjutsu


Also if you read, tsuande could’ve easily recovered from Madara but she chose to save the kage

Its inner dmg it goes to nervs , once the nerv is cut off that cant be healed - in my case i hurted my arm 3 years ago and it still hurts me to this day.

Yes. Their healing works by accelerating cell division so if their cells are targeted directly which is what techniques like frs and Ash bone do, then there should be no accelerated healing.

Tsunade glueing her body together with regular medical ninjutsu contradicts this. ,
And besides, she could’ve easily heal orochimaru dead arms with regular medical ninjutsu. She was nerfed

If Sakura is of the same caliber, it would have been nice if she gotten closer to Tsunade's chest size or at least Hinata's chest size.
