Yin Release and Yang Release Difference?

Just as the title asks, what is the difference between the two techniques besides the fact that one is spiritual and the other physical?

Ninjutsu would be considered Yang. Creating a form. Clones, Fire, Water, etc.

Ninjutsu is a lesser form of yin yang since spiritual energy gives form and alters natures and yang gives the energy for the jutsu to be used. And chakra is both spiritual and physical. Genjutsu is advanced ninjutsu instead you use it on your opponent altering there chakra.
