Water is life, adaptable, and flowing. But Shinning Water is more than water, it is water infused with radiance. To control it, you must not only feel the water, but also ignite it with the brilliance of your chakra.

Take a seat next to the lake in a meditative stance and place your hands above the water. Like so.

*UzumakiJake meditates near the water placing hands above the water source.*

I want you to control the density and light emission without dispersing the water. You will not create an illumination yet. Just fell your chakra flow through the water envisioning radiance and brilliance into every droplet. Do this until you start to get a faint light refracting from the surface.

 

[Yin]

Yin was an expert in water so...

"Pfft... How hard could it be?.." He stood next to Jake and placed his hands above the water. The water started to go up and down and making advanced shapes and animals like diamonds and dragons. It was going in a circular motion between her hands and water like a rotating conveyor belt but without dripping or splashing. The motion super smooth.

After showing off, he stopped and focused harder on the surface to make the light Jake was talking about... You could hear him grunting, almost peeing himself by trying to forcefully integrate his chakra into the water to make it shine and shimmer... But nothing was happening...

"bro this shit isn't working gang...."

However, he failed to see what was actually happening because he was already doing it but because he was doing it so properly, the water itself had a surface refracting a shine so eloquent he could not see in front of himself.

"Wait... Hold on..." After waiving his hands slightly like a wax on wax off technique, and gaining a lot more calm focus, the water seemed to have the shimmer move on the surface. Almost like spotlights in the sky but more graceful.

After accidentally putting too much chakra in to the water due to excitement, the water sort of flashed Yin, blindling him for a few seconds.

"Shit! okay... anyway.... what's next?"

Yin obviously had perfect control over suiton but not so much over shining water. But his mastery over water gave him a slight edge in mixing and controlling the two variables although it was not stable.

“You’re forcing it, Yin. Water listens when you guide it, but light only reveals itself when you let it breathe. Don’t crush your chakra let it reflect.”

Jake steps closer, folding his arms as the ripples calm.

“Hold the glow steady without letting it burst. The sharper your focus, the sharper the spotlight effect will become. Try again. You’re doing well.”

His tone softens, but his gaze sharpens.

“One last tip… Feel the hum beneath your chakra? That rhythm is the light waiting to emerge. Match it to your breath. When you breathe with it, water and light will move as one. Then even in the thick of battle this technique will be as natural as breathing itself.”
