Cant Kurama just break free from Obito's Black Zetsu controlled body?
There arent any prisongates holding Kurama back and he surely isnt friends with Madara and black zetsu.
So he could overpower his host right?

It wasnt a seal with gates though. Minato knew he wouldnt have to put in gates, due to Naruto's friendship with Kurama.
It wasnt the same seal as at Naruto's birth.
