[Discussion] Yibis or Horriblesubs

Hmm... i'm not quite sure about this... Feel a bit guilty because i honestly am not paying much attention on which translator teams do the the subs for the episode i watch U_U Forgive me... I'll try to find out more later, but as far as i can remember, i do miss Kaizoku fansubs team. They make the sub font interesting and lovely looking, especially when they translate the characters' attack names. About this though, if i'm not mistaken, yibis also do the same, and their translation sounds mostly correct or make sense (thanks to my ex-Japanese teacher for sometimes helping me to learn Japanese even after graduate 
) so probably i prefer yibis.
However, i'm not saying that Horriblesubs is...horrible lol, they're not, in fact they're majorly good in translating the dialogues and titles on particular tags. Maybe because it just so happens that i watch yibis works more, coincidentally. All in all, i appreciate all the translator teams thus it's fine either one. Can't choose actually hehe But i'll vote yibis for now.

Yeah I did not pay attention to it earlier either. But sometimes I feel the translation is off. So I was just wondering which group does the overall better job. And yeah now that you mention it I have quite a number of kaizoku subs and they were really great wonder why they stopped?Hmm... i'm not quite sure about this... I'm not that sure, about Kaizoku fansubs. I think they never mention anything about it, and although they release each episode quite slower than others, after 300 or so, they eventually stopped. Probably because of the emerging of other teams, or they have reached a certain limit (like some inner problems or something). But there's a chance they will come back, so we can check out their forum for update on regular basis. I really miss them a lot.
