When Yhwach went to sleep, right after killing Liltotto and mildly inconveniencing Giselle, his throne room contains a balcony with a clear view of the outside.

But, once Ichigo comes along, the throne room has a massive ominous door, as well as being significantly larger. It also contains no dead Sternritters, which is at least one less than the original room.

Clearly, Either Yhwach's Chair is the new Sternritter T the Teleportation, or else he has multiple throne rooms linked by gates of the Sun, so he could ominously appear in whichever one Ichigo found.
