If Yhwach can't steal Yamamotos Bankai then Yamamoto beats him alone.

Its already been proven Yamamoto is the most powerful so far to exist in the Bleach Universe. Its a fact that to beat him you either need to seal his power (what Aizen did) or take it away from him (what Yhwach did). Both men admitted inferiority to him and they needed to plan ahead of time and form contingency plans in order to pull a win over him.

His power can destroy the world and himself if activated too long.
He gets hot as the sun and can't be touched
He brings back the dead of all those his flames has killed (mind you hes about 3000 years old, so thats tons of people)
His Zanpaktou is the strongest their is (in fire power that is)

We can't say. Yhwach has only just started to unveil the true scope of his power, and we got a taste of it when he killed Ichibei like it was nothing. If we had more feats from the full-powered Yhwach, then I could come to a conclusion. The Yhwach we saw at the initial stages of the War Arc, and the one we saw steal Yamamoto's Bankai is most likely nothing compared to the state he is in now. Before "awakening", I'd say Team 2 takes it really high diff, since he has to contend with Yamamoto, Ichigo and Aizen themselves.

Why would he be so composed when the man who single-handedly destroyed some of the most powerful Shinigami is at his doorstep?

Not sure what ichigo can do right now. But juha Bach beat yamatotto and juha would solo aizen . Any of those 4 shinigami that guard soul king would solo any form of aizen.

Yhwach ambushed a Yamamoto that was exhausted from a fight that had just occurred, a fight that had forced him to use Bankai.

Which means he beat him it doesn't matter how it was done yamamato is no longer becaUse of juha he defeated him. And even if he wasn't tired the fight between juha and that shinigami who controls darkness was more than enough proof that shows you juha could beat yamato

A full-powered Yhwach would kill Yamamoto, that isn't debatable. However, we know for a fact that Yhwach before his awakening is far weaker, and that state of Yhwach vs Yamamoto is debatable.
