Well I believe Dangai Ichigo has higher Retaisu, hell his can't even be read because its so high. So even if Yhwach has this OP abiliity, as long as Ichigo's Retaisu is higher it should be canceled out.

Dangai Ichigo's was so high you couldn't even feel it, even someone like Hogyouko Aizen who had practically a unlimited source of Reiatsu couldn't even comprehend his, he truly became a transcendent being that surpassed all Hallows and Soul Reapers.

Base Kenpachi was suggested to be a Transcedent. Also his feat in Shikai outstrips any feat in Bleach.
