[Question] Yet another question from the organic machine

ok, so i have been asking RP related question for about two weeks now, and I have thought of another. I know that each different village only accepts a set amount of members(i have read so) and I presume that each village only accepts members who have completed at least one character bio for RP purposes. My question to the base today, is which villages are accepting members currently? i would like to also know if they are looking for anything specific( post count, RP experience, etc) I am still building my profiles, and I would like to incorporate a lil history from the canon story as well as non canon info.

well, in general at all times villages are excepting members unless specifically stated. Most often, you can go to the kage of each village, and just VM or PM them asking whether they are accepting new members or not.

Ask the Kage's of each village via vm/pm and wait for an answer. Or you can just request to join and see what happens.
