Yes he doesn't teleport but are you seriously telling me that Sasuke or even Itachi was on par with him in speed with the body Flicker?? If it was like that then wouldn't a lot more people be called Master of Body Flicker?? He was known by everyone not just by having the eye with the most powerful Genjutsu but also for his speed using Body Flicker. You are crazy dude. Yes Sasuke is fast but is not in the top 10 in my opinion, body flicker or other wise.
