So, Kakashi, a non-Uchiha without seeming to have access to the background info on the MS, has been able to figure out how to use it to its full power (I doubt there's much more to learn, though Obito could use his techniques on a much larger scale) and yet your argument is that he's not as smart as stated in the manga (repeatedly)?

Also, Itachi while he was alive has arguably accomplished LESS than Kakashi, with Kamui, in any single battle. They're about equal in the amount of times they can each use the MS.

EDIT: ^Dude above me, I lol'ed at the "Hidan to the face combo" bit. Also, after the second Zabuza fight he used illusion bunshin, not shadow clones. I also think Lightning Clones MIGHT have a set amount of chakra, which may not be at half Kakashi's total (did it ever use any techniques?).

I'm not quite certain what you're getting at. I said that "your argument is that he's not as smart as stated in the manga", why are you repeating yourself? Did I misunderstand?

Kakashi is easily comparable to Itachi! There might not be two more similar characters in the manga!

Prodigies graduating at a young age with a past in ANBU, high combat ability at a young age, forced to do unsavory things in service of the village, both dependant on the Sharingan in combat, highly, even extraordinarily skilled with the doujutsu, a calm demeanor, a water affinity, a penchant for copying techniques in combat, fast hand-seal speed, similar combat tactics: bunshin feints and trickery, Mangekyou as a fall-back, both not keen or able to use MS for long periods, low stamina.

Kakashi has also shown to be an incredibly would rounded ninja if not the best ninja in a sense, now i'm not claiming him to be the Strongest, however i am claiming him to be the best. He's shown us incredible feat's in allot of different areas such as Intelligence, Speed, Strength, Loyalty, Analyzing and Creativity. Those things are something that are taken lightly, as it's uncommon for a ninja to posses all them however kakashi is at the top of those field's as he's shown to have out witted some of the other great minded shinobi while in the heat of battle.

Kakashi's intelligence is up there with the best as he's shown incredible feat's during the manga, wither it come to thinking up a quick strategy or thinking a few steps ahead of his opponent, he also does it with great sufficiency and effectiveness.

Kakashi is also the only people we have seen that has created his own signature jutsu, The well know Chidori. Which shows kakashi has a great sense of creativity which is something that he can bring in to his battle tactics.

Kakashi has also shown allot of other Intelligence aspects such as learning to control and analyze the sharingan despite not being a part of the Uchiha clan. Kakashi is known for his abilities by many incredibly strong shinobi and not one underrated him as they knew he would cause incredible stress for them. He's also been able to handle the MS as if he were an Uchiha, on top of the fact that the sharingan destroys incredible amount of chakra if you are not an uchiha but kakashi also has lower than average chakra which increases the achievement. Itachi himself was surprised that a non uchiha was able to unlock or even handle the MS.

He's also the youngest know shinobi to this day to have graduated from the Academy. Kakashi despite his bad luck has always pushed through time after time showing that he's skill gaining new skills to this day, always turning the tables around even when the odds are stacked against him. Kakashi is a true Shinobi one that used get more respect.

Kishi's has some explaining to do about kakashi chakra boost..at the starting of manga when he used his shahringen against Zabusa he was out for couple of days...and now he has used kamui so many times he has fought so many guys that to some of the ninjas were very very gud like swordsmen,etc...than also he was able to fight so long...

Kishis's has to give some concrete reasons how he was able to do that....

This is a part from it, the one that has Kakashi, it's back in 2008 at Jump Festa.

I went to Jump Festa 2008 today and saw Kishi was asked some questions about the manga by Junko (VA Naruto), Noriaki (VA Sasuke), Chie (VA Sakura) and Kazuhiko (VA Kakashi) on the stage.

1. Is Jiraiya dead?
Kishi : He lives..............................in your heart.
Naruto has to be grown up. Shikamaru also needed to be grown up. And Sakura will have to be grown up, too. Lee? Lee doesn't need to be grown up anymore.

2. What's gonna happen next year?
Kishi : Started with Sasuke vs Itachi battle.
I'm gonna write about mainly Sasuke next year. And Kakashi and Sakura, after that. Especially Kakashi. I can't tell yet but a huge event will happen to him.

Whether in battle or training, he never fully explored the techniques flexibilities and limitations of MS Sharingan. If you compare how excessively Sasuke, Obito & Itachi has used there MS
Further limiting his MS usage was the side effect one experiences by placing excessive strain on their eyes.


Than big question is how did he know how to use Kamui???

Was it probably he figured this out by either using the technique or a more likely scenario is that he's been reading that tablet in the Uchiha grounds (e.g. also explaining his knowledge on Amaterasu, Susano'o).I doubt this because no 1 knew about this tablet except uciha clan and he is not from that clan....

and the reason why he knows about MS tech is because he has a sharingan so he mostly searched for its information
