Yeah, it makes sense why Naruto wants Sasuke on his side now

His latest upgrade allows him to lend chakra to anyone he touches in an instant and since Naruto have lots of chakra...
Now that Sasuke controls the black flames it would be much easier for him to finish off Juubi with the chakra he can receive from Naruto.

Is that Kishi's master plan?

I still have this strange theory that Sasuke will somehow be mortally wounded and give his eyes to naruto subsequently activating the Rinnengan because the so6p was actually an Uzumaki! But it is far fetcehed.

I don't think Naruto wants to destroy it. Remember he said he would save the bijuus. They told him how to do it (first Son and then the other 5), but the part where they told him wasn't shown...

Naruto's inlove With Sasuke that's why he wants him on his side. The Juubi won't be defeated so easy, if that's the case Kakashi would've been warped it away since he has Kurama chakra cloak.

The reasons why Naruto wants Sasuke on his side are sexual and have nothing to do with anything related to strategic thinking, which is something the main character is not capable of.
