Rules Are:
- Must have been on Narutobase for at the minimum, a year.
- Killing is allowed, however it doesn't count
- Stealing is up to the participants
- Terrain is made by the thread maker
- You have a window of 5 days to reply to your thread, or you're disqualified
- CJs are allowed, and by default CEs are. If both participants agree, then CEs can be disabled
- If you are to argue, you have to alert your opponent before going to a higher power.

I meet you on the battlefield with my two ninken on both sides of me. Lady on my right and Ghost on my left. I start off by lowering the ground under you by 10 meters at very high speeds causing you to fall in quickly. I then follow that by making water appear at the opening of the hole where you were originally before falling in, dropping water into the hole you're in. Since both techniques don't use handseals they are preforming one after another very quickly.

(Doton: Chidōkaku) - Earth Release: Moving Earth Core

Description: The user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

At that time Ghost and Lady run off towards your location but off to both sides while I create 2 shadow clones on my left and right, Kisame & Itachi I'll call them.

The "Seas of Rhye" are a twin pair of cestus that were used on a ancient vessel known as "The Maelstrom". Whereabouts unknown the mighty ship sank to the bottom of the ocean somewhere in between "Nagi Island" and "Tea Country". The Cestus are a close range weapon. they are prone to helping the water and lightning chakra in different aspects. It boosts up a couple techniques from water mastery. When it comes to lightning the gloves are able to channel lightning through them and able to deflect lightning. If the ground is punched with the gloves on a water source will rise up deep from underground not gushing but it's used to create some water on the field.

Abilities:
  1. Gloves can channel lightning chakra and coat themselves in a small layer of it so that if they hit directly they can stun parts of the targets body while causing a small burst of lightning on contact // this ability is S-Rank
  2. Able to deflect 3 lightning attacks A-Rank and below by making contact directly with the attack and overpowering it
  3. When the user uses Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment with the gloves in hand, the technique is increased by 1 rank
  4. When the user uses Water Style: Water shark bomb with the gloves in hand, the technique is increased by 2 ranks // four times per battle
  5. If ground is punched a pool of water will rise from the ground to create a source in front of the user, which will remain in play and can be used as a water source (medium size with one use, large size with 2 uses). If the user wishes he can hit the enemy with the glove coated in water chakra, blasting the enemy away with a water shockwave // this ability is A-Rank
Restrictions:

I have the Legendary Dollmaster's Blade on my back before battle.

Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the Clan admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his thought slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found his his workshop under his home. it is not known why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of Kumogakure, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum, his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his clansmen's most prize treasure
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra, allowing for stronger use of his clans KG, Storm Release.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmasters eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp allowing for slightly stronger use of Kenjutsu.
-This blade is made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.
Restriction Notes:
-Can only be used by a Member of the Storm Clans
-Can only Extend reach once per turn.
-Can only Un-extend reach once per turn.
-Must be at least S-class Ninja Rank to wield.
-Must have training in Kenjutsu to wield.

As The ground begins to fall Hei makes a few handseals and stomps his foot on the ground, this creates several tentacle shaped ropes of Storm Energy that will burst up all around you in attempt's to bind you. (This would happen as you summon the water, before you make clones)

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.



Hei then makes his way back to normal ground Mid range to the left of where he was.. and launches a Crescent Shaped Storm Projectile at your Ninkin.

As water falls into the hole I notice the ground begin to break a bit see these electrical looking binds to rise up. I swing my hand while doing a 360degree spin with my legs bent releasing many blades of wind around me slicing the bind before they can bind me this is done very quickly. After the spin I'm looking back in the original location since it was a 360 spin.

Following that I can't smell you. As you know Inuzuka have an amazing sense of smell. Since i can't smell your location I assume you merged into the ground. I then create a swamp that covers the whole area you would be. My ninken are on the edge of the swamp. This is done immediately after the wind blades so you would be caught in this mess before retreating too far when you went underground.

My opinion was asked.. While normally a Wind technique would be enough to overcome and/or block a storm technique, Serpents techniques have +10 damage added. So, all are slightly stronger than they normally are. Because of this, the tentacles still grab on coyote, even if as a D-Rank, thus not really fatal. So, Coyote, you took the D-Rank Storm technique, being shocked and stunned a bit. Decide what to do. Its not fatal but it does make Coyote vulnerable to the following attack. Continue please

Now, out of the ground, Hei makes a single handseal creating several flowers of Jade. These Jade flowers quickly grow around the battlefield forming a giant labyrinth with you, your ninkin inside and myself inside.

Description: First the user creates a number of Jade flowers. Then they grows these flowers into a gigantic labyrinth consisting of green crystals, confusing all enemies inside of it. The enemies will mostly be lost because of the fact that the green crystals reflect their personal image as well as generates mirror images of the routes, paths, and details within the labyrinth, confusing and intimidating them. It is even capable of confusing the Byakugan. Because of the crystal's stable molecular structure, a simple attack focused at one point is rendered useless, as its wide surface will evenly disperse the force of the attack, reducing the attacks effectiveness. To overcome this technique, an attack that's impact force is already both wide and powerful is required to smash through it. However, the downside is that though the user knows where the opponent is, the walls prevent them from attacking the opponent clearly.

-Must know Jade Release
-Can only be used once per battle
-Lasts for 3 turns
-Can only be taught by Serpent
