"Ah, a fine morning again!" Hinata said as she looked out of the window.
She ate downstairs and left her house to meet up with Kiba-kun at their favorite spot of the forest.
"Second star to the right, and straight on 'till dawn!" They would both say together whenever someone would ask them where they were headed every single day after the war. Although they sometimes get stalked by friends, they both made a pact not to bring anyone with them whenever they come here.
Hinata even said this one time in a very serious voice, "If I see you bring someone here, I will be incredibly mad at you."
It's a meaningful place for Hinata and Kiba. That's where they found out some serious things.
First, Kiba confessed to Hinata in that place after the war. It was, of course, awkward for Hinata since Kiba was saying things to Hinata Kiba wouldn't normally say to people. But, Kiba made the moment so special. He was not with Akamaru. Everybody knows he's always with him. Rain or shine. This really shocked Hinata at that time. She never really noticed any other boys except the one and only Orange Hokage of Konoha, which is, by the way, still single and ruling over Konoha right now. Kiba's words were as deep as Tartarus, sweet like sugar. That time, all the roses were dead enemies belonged to Tartarus. Forever.
Why did Kiba fall for Hinata? The second and the last reason why it's a special place for them. They were 11 and they first saw each other there. After trainings, missions, or even for no reason, they would meet up there and Hinata would be so comfortable that she would make Kiba crack up with her own jokes. Yes, Hinata was indeed very humorous. But to Kiba only, since he was her best friend from then on. They would tell secrets to one another. Kiba, then, started to fall for the real Hinata. He tried really hard to keep it from her, since he was afraid that it might ruin their friendship.
He gathered up all his guts and told Hinata. Unfortunately, he was rejected since Hinata was so madly inlove with Naruto. Kiba felt sad but happy since Hinata didn't change. She was still his best of friends. Though, sometimes he wonders why Hinata is so shy around people. But, he was okay with it since he's the only one who can see the real Hinata. He felt very special.

"Oh, goody. Chocolates!" Kiba ran to her while she's still running.
"Oh, Kiba. You always amaze me with your sense of smell. I brought extras for Akamaru-san, too!" She said.
They walked to their spot, eating and joking around.
"Kiba-chan, I won't be around for long. I need to go to Sakura. She's teaching me Medical Ninjutsus, remember?" She said, while stroking Kiba's hair while he's lying on the grass.
"Yes, how could I forget. Send her my regards, okay?" He said, pinching Hinata's cheeks.
What, no good lucks?" She asked.
"You don't need it, silly. Ah, crap! That reminds me, I have help my parents clean up the village," Kiba sat up straight and gave the rest of the chocolate to Akamaru. "Let's go, Akamaru!" He ordered.
Akamaru barked.
"Alright, Kiba. Let's go now." She smiled.
Kiba dropped Hinata at the hospital. They said their good byes and promised that they would meet again at the spot this afternoon for lunch.
While Kiba is cleaning a pile of rubish, he was thinking of Hinata.
"I can make you happy, Hinata. I can make you forget Naruto. Just give me the chance, please," he thought. Oh, how we wished Hinata could hear his pleading thoughts. He hugged Akamaru.
"Akamaru~ Please help me pick this up!" He said in a high pitched voice.
Kiba and Akamaru got very hungry and realized that it's was already afternoon.
"Hinata must be there now," he thought. "C'mon, Akamaru," he ordered in a cheery tone.
When he was a mile away from the spot, he was smelling Hinata's sweet perfume already. But with a bit of ... Naruto's? He ran as fast as he could, the way he ran when he's getting angry and serious in missions.
He arrived. Oh, sure Naruto was there. Without a doubt. Same smell. Same blond hair. His Kage cloak on.
He was there. Lying on the grass. Locking lips with her. With Hinata.
