Yata isn't 360, it only changes its properties for head on collision attacks, based off whats been shown in the manga. Seeing how Itachi's susanoo is a dwarf compared to all other avatars, I can't see how Madara couldn't shish kabob him like he did Tsunade, or Hashi doing the same with a sharp tree branch appearing from behind or underneath. Someone said something about Gaara pulling him out with his sand which I agree with. Even Naruto with all TBRS from all ends or Sasuke with S/T. As Itachi himself said, everything has a weakness.

Notice how you conveniently ignore DB to prove a nonexisting point. Considering Kishi writes DB and yata has a 100% success rate you got nothing.

DB says it can change all its properties to block any attack.

Kamui is considered a jutsu and therefore yata negates it. There is really not much too it.

It negates all physical attacks, Kamui is something that sucks people in, its not really a physical attack in that case. You can't really block something like that, you have to avoid it. Its like trying to block a hurricane or tornado with a shield, you can't.

The jutsu was still going when his hand hit the wall. The lighting chakra would have disappeared if he purposefully stopped the jutsu

I agree with the first part Yata is designed to protect the susanoo not its self. Ground attacks will be able to go through. However susanoo is more mobile that people think. Itachi isn't a sitting duck still. Tsukuyomi neggs naruto still. Sasuke outlasts him

This is called an undistributed middle, in other words it's a fallacy. By your logic any character or weapon that follows a godlike mythology whether the statement is even directly made by the autor himself without any credible basis should be declared godlike, and assuming so is a fallacy. The only problem with itachi is he died out and barely used his yata before a incisive conclusion could be formed. That's the reason his yata is wanked because it barely got enough screen time for it to be properly judged and refuted.
