itachi couldnt fly. So kaguya can send him to lava or sea of acid, he just falls into lava/sea of acid -> yata mirror mights protect him but itachi's chakra will running out, yata mirror will disappear and he dies ... not hard to kill him

You say not had to kill him but give a Kaguya statement lol.

If she launches a chakra attack Yata absorbs it and pierces her
