2. By hype both attacks are "absolute" however as the Yata mirror is a spiritual object, while the amber pot is just a tool, i judge the hype of the yata mirror to be higher.

It's hard to say. Personally, I don't think its really an attack since it is the opponent that causes his own downfall while the pot only assists. That is, the pot isn't the main cause, the responder is.

Hype wise, both are good. However, in terms of absoluteness, Hagaromo was virtually a god. A god's will should be more absolute than a moral's will.

The sage's weapons are just normal weapons that use a lot of chakra. The yata mirror and totsuka blade are spiritual, ethereal weapons the likes of which the sage's tools don't compare to.
