Itachi fanboys, I thank you for giving me a headache with the magnitude of your wank, which inspired me to create this thread. Watch me solo this yata mirror. And I don't even need a rubber lel. Lol
Limbo clone & PS Slash.
Whilst the above is true, Yata mirror can negate anything astral, physical, ninjutsu, but that's only for the dimension it exists in. Limbo is a clone that is created in a parallel dimension, that the power of the Yata mirror do not magically stretch out into every corner of the universe's vagina. In the plane that the limbo clone exists, Yata mirror is nothing more than an a shield with no special powers. Having said that, since proving that Limbo clone can use Madara's rinne/EMS abilities

To further add, if an object has no physical element to it, i.e., it's not made of something like wood or metal etc, it can only either exist as a spiritual form or chakra form. Yata Mirror/Tosuka blade being a spiritual weapon does indeed mean that it does have chakra residing within it. And here's why:
To be able to negate/counter a jutsu say like a fireball, it has to change its chakra nature to water to negate that attack. Therefore, meaning that since there is chakra residing within, it can be absorbed by preta path.
And as for totsuka blade, it can be also be absorbed because regardless of that fact that it is a spiritual weapon, it has chakra residing within it to be able to seal it in the first place.
