Godoudama erases all ninjutsu, which includes susanoo. If godoudama can't affect yata mirror, it will definitely affect susanoo. Nowhere it's said Itachi's whole susanoo is invincible, just the yata Mirror

Anyway, Yata Mirror has hill level feats at best, Itachi was a fodder who couldn't fight more than 5 minutes against Hebi Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke would get raped by Bee, Gai, MS Kakashi and so forth.

Healthy Itachi is fanfiction, he's the weakest MS character with feats. Madara, Sasuke, Obito all stomp him to oblivion

Lol if you wanna play the "I have to see to believe" game, then I'll play it too. Show me a scan of Itachi not being able to hold it outside of Susano'o and him being able to only use it for the specified time you mentioned and then I'll believe you.

How can godoudama affect susano'o if Yata deflects them all of them lol. 5 minutes is actually too much time for Itachi. He can destory in 2 minutes or less.
