The weapons are from the spirit world. The same place Gods, Shinigami, Angels, and Demons inhabit. These tools cannot be compared to simple weapons made by humans such as Samehada. These weapons dwarf even Hagoromo's (the pseudo God of the narutoverse) weapons in hype, both manga and databook.

It and the rest of Susano'o had barely absorbed enough of the impact for Itachi not to be dead.

There does not need to be more weapons that were stated to be spiritual to prove they can be created. The fact that Itachi has two of them means someone created them and someone used their jutsu and chakra to put a sealing jutsu in the sword. The sword didn't magically appear in the field from the spirit world. Thats magic, and it does not exist in the NV.

That chapter is the first time susanoo is shown in the manga.

Itachi didnt even using yata yet at that time.

That mean susanoo alone is enough to couter it, it is how kishi want to potrayed susanoo defence capability at first to us without resort to yata.

Read that chapter again and understand it concept.

This is speculation, again. Occam's razor. Spirit weapons are logically from the spirit world.
