If the rinnegan is rare, so too is the totsuka blade and yata's mirror.

The kusanagi sword belonged to Oro, it was'nt a spiritual item like the totsuka.

The manga has said the totsuka seals whomever it touches in eternal genjutsu, and that Yata's mirror can repel all attacks.

I'll go by that until the manga shows something else.

But just note for future if we see any of these weapons in the future, the manga said the kasangi sword could pierce anything, then we saw orochimaur use it naruto and our idea of how hax thw sword is changed. This will most likely happen with the other weapons too.

kabutos is a mystery hence had a random thought that sage of six paths had an arch enemy

kabuto was found in the battle of kikyo pass
had a lot of random theories just sayin and kabuto knows a lot of about the sage of sixth paths but i digess also sain stuff that kabuto will use oro sword to the the fullest potential

Are you speculating? For I don't remember much to support that Kabuto knows anything extraordinary about S06P. Madar cursed Oro when he saw the 6th coffin and wondered how much he had figured out about him. Oro knew that Madara existed. kabuto probably learned from Oro..

does this make Itachi Stronger then Pain? due to the Yata Mirror and The Sword of Totsuka...

I think each village has these treasure weapons...

of course itachi is stronger than pain!
pain's weakness is genjutsu xD
and with amaterasu and susano'o itachi could finish the job
