By that do you mean he made it more dense to protect against amaterasu? And also bro dont you think the sword piercing through madaras body is a piercing feat? I have these two doubts bro.

To protect against Amaterasu, he didn' t have to make it very dense, an armor is enough to block Amaterasu.
But to protect against Juubi' s bijuu bombs, he needs it to be very dense.
